       - PowerPresent AI offers both free and paid plans.
       - Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) in accordance with the plan you select.
       - All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
       - You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains until the end of your billing cycle.

       - All content, branding, and underlying technology of PowerPresent AI are the property of PowerPresent          Technologies.
       - You retain ownership of any content or materials you upload (documents, templates, presentations).
       - By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for generating your          presentations.
       - You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without prior written consent.

       - The presentations and outputs generated by PowerPresent AI are based on the data and prompts you provide.
       - While we aim for accuracy and quality, AI-generated results may not always be perfect or factual.
       - You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the final content before use or distribution.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using PowerPresent AI, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined there.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in misuse.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination:
       - You lose access to your account and saved data.
       - Certain obligations ( e.g., payment, confidentiality, IP rights ) will continue to apply.

       - PowerPresent AI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
       - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
       - We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
       - PowerPresent AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
       - Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid ( if any ) in the 3 months preceding the claim

       - We may update these Terms from time to time.
       - Any significant updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
       - Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
