What does “unlimited” mean on Lifetime?
Lifetime skips the credit system entirely — there is nothing to count or top up. Every export, document upload, and AI video is included forever, along with all future updates.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits stack every billing cycle and never expire while your account is active. A subscription adds a fresh batch each cycle on top of whatever you have saved, and one-time bundle credits stay in your account for good.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund on your first subscription payment and on unused credit bundles. Just contact us and we will sort it out — no hard feelings.
Can I export to PowerPoint?
On paid plans, one click gives you a real .pptx with editable text, native charts, and your fonts intact. The free plan exports PDF with a watermark.
Can I use my own template or brand?
Yes — upload an existing PowerPoint template and PowerPresent uses its layouts, fonts, and colors for new presentations, so everything comes out on-brand.
Do you provide invoices, and is tax included?
Yes — every payment generates an invoice you can download from your billing page. Applicable VAT or GST is calculated at checkout based on your location.
