Refunds

14 days, no hard feelings

If PowerPresent isn't what you expected, we'd rather give you your money back than keep it. Here's exactly what's covered, what isn't, and how to ask.

A 14-day refund on your first subscription payment, and on unused credit bundles.

What's covered

  • Your first subscription payment. Whether monthly or yearly, within 14 days of that first charge.
  • Unused credit bundles. A one-time bundle you have not spent credits from, within 14 days of purchase.

What isn't

  • Renewals. The 14 days run from your first payment, not from each renewal. You can cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge.
  • Bundles you have started spending. Once credits from a bundle have been used, that bundle is no longer refundable.
  • Charges older than 14 days. Ask us anyway if something genuinely went wrong — the policy is a floor, not a wall.

Before you ask — you might not need to

Two things catch people out, and neither needs a refund to fix:

  • Credits do not expire. They stack every billing cycle, uncapped, and stay in your account. If you subscribed and then had a quiet month, nothing was lost.
  • Creating, editing and presenting are free and unlimited. If you only need a deck occasionally, the free plan may genuinely be enough — see the pricing comparison for what a paid plan actually adds.

How to request one

Email hello@powerpresent.ai from the address on your account, or use the contact form. Tell us which charge you mean — that is all we need. We will confirm by email once it is processed.

Questions

How long do I have to ask for a refund?

14 days from your first subscription payment, and 14 days from purchase for an unused credit bundle.

Do I have to give a reason?

No. Tell us you would like a refund and we will process it. We will probably ask what did not work, but an answer is not a condition.

What happens to my credits when I am refunded?

Refunding a credit bundle removes those credits from your account, which is why the refund applies to unused bundles. Refunding a first subscription payment ends the subscription and the credits it added.

How long does the money take to come back?

We process the refund as soon as we have confirmed it. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer — usually a few business days.
